TRY THIS FIX
If you have both FAB and Quixel installed, there might be a bug. Just keep FAB installed, then open the plugins menu, remove the Bridge plugin, and restart Unreal Engine. No need to reinstall Quixel Bridge—simply get any assets from FAB in Unreal (how you usually add other assets) and add them directly to your project.
