“Asset not available in UAsset format” Cannot download Megascans using Quixel Bridge. Error!! Is this Fab related?

IN UE 5.4 when I attempt to download Megascans using Quixel Bridge, I get this error:

Is this Fab related?

“Asset not available in UAsset format”

Need to download assets whilst they are free - before paying for them via ‘Fab’!!!
