Asset Modified By Editor?

Hey all,

My team has an issue where a certain blueprint says it needs to be Checked Out by Perforce every time we try to run a level. (IE, hitting Play results in the Check Out Assets dialog with the blueprint being the item in it.) The thing is, no one ever goes and touches that asset. I can see in the file history that people have tried to check it out and submit it to make it stop happening, but alas, it prevails.

Has anyone seen this happen? Is there something I can do in the blueprint to make it realize it is not being modified every time?
