Asset Management Across Projects - Quixel Bridge like?

Hey everyone?

How do you manage 3D Assets across projects?
In our case we would probably have quite a few different projects using the same Asset base.
And would probably have to use these not only in Unreal but also in a WebGL Project.

Are there any good 3D Asset Managers/Plugins out there? Preferably free?
How do you handle these things?
