Asset localization -Texture, Audio

Localizing work has been done, but there is a different part from the referenced video.

Text always changes, but images and sounds must be restart client.
(not restart level)
Images and sounds do not change even if they move or restart levels, as mentioned in the video.
For textures, it works when converted to a material.
I want to know what caused it and if there is no good solution.
