After upgrading to 4.17, any build I create crashes with the error message below, even blank new projects.
Steps to reproduce:

Create blank new blueprint project in 4.17 (Desktop/Console, Maximum Quality, No Starter Content).

Save default map and set as project default.

Package project for Windows 64-bit.

Execute the build.
Download project files and build (135MB)
