[ASK FOR HELP]Can I call "set morph target" method of a skeletal actor in sequencer via Python?

Hello, can any one help me figure out how to call “set morph target” method of a skeletal actor in sequencer via Python?

I find in the doc says call “unreal.SequencerTools.create_quick_binding”, and then “unreal.SequencerTools.create_event”, is it right? Thank you for your help!
