Undead Warlord is a rotting zombie warrior for fantasy RPG, dungeon crawler and horde combat projects in Unreal and Unity. Use it as a graveyard enemy, crypt boss or plague general. The mesh is a high-detail display model with two extra LODs for in-engine performance.
Technical:
Triangles: 199,787 (LOD0). Vertices: 99,702.
Geometry is a clean, optimized poly budget built around a single 4K material.
Two additional LODs ship in the zip: LOD1 99,889 tris, LOD2 49,944 tris.
Formats: FBX (binary, primary import), GLB, OBJ, USDZ, BLEND.
PBR metalness maps at 4096: base color, normal (OpenGL and DirectX), metallic, roughness, ambient occlusion, plus a packed ORM.
UVs are unwrapped with mirrored and stacked islands, which doubles effective texel density on the symmetric body.
Real-world scale, 1.9 m tall, 1 uu = 1 cm in Unreal (1 m = 100 uu). Pivot at the feet.
No rig and no animation ship. No weapon is included.
A bloated undead warlord with an exposed skull face under a rusted helmet, rusted plate pauldrons, a tattered chainmail skirt and worn leather straps. Clawed hands, wrapped legs and muddy boots finish the rotting corpse. Works as a zombie, ghoul or revenant enemy across gothic and medieval fantasy scenes.
