ArtNet DMX output does not work from packaged (shipping) app on MacOS

I’m running Unreal Engine 5.6 on an Intel Mac late 2019. I’ve made a simple DMX console - when I control it and look into output in DMX monitor/ArtNetView it shows that data flows from ArtNet output port, it also works when packaged for development. But if I package the app for shipping and run the final packaged file - nothing comes out on the ArtNet monitoring, the app also doesn’t ask for access to local network. Have any one of you encountered that a plugin did not work in a packaged app? What should I do to make it work? Thank you!
