Created this small cottage completely from scratch including textures, modeling, etc. I was going for an Animal Crossing feel, as I feel that this art style fits well in Fortnite.
Here it is imported into Fortnite, I was messing around with downscaling the file as the original straight out of Blender was just too complex for UEFN. I used the “decimate” modifier in Blender to cut down the amount of vertices.
Cozy! I like the irregular notches on the beams, they give it personality 
I love the subtle texturing, it’s very easy to get carried away with those. Very stylish, I feel with a post-process effect (if and when we get those) this will truly shine
