Artificial Light Problems

I have some problems to iluminate this room.

Attach a capture of my problems on the walls.

What is wrong?

Wall lightmap is 4096.

My suggestion would be to try a new blank scene without changing any settings and making sure that light isn’t overlapping any geometry, just have it slightly below.

Speckles like this are usually caused when your light source is intersecting geometry. Can’t quite describe what is actually happening, but the photons get jacked up as soon as they are emitted. Try moving your light source down, or making the Shadow bias very small so it emits from the caster surface. A smaller Static Lighting Level Scale might help, but this is definitely the light clipping the geo.
