Artifacts on the landscape when enabling nanit in unreal engine 5.4,1

Hello everyone I have a huge problem, please help me. when you turn on nanit on the landscape, artifacts appear on it that twitch, and this happens only when you approach it. I tried different textures. landscape resolution 2017x2017. dimensions 130km x 130km. I also tried different resolutions of the elevation map, the problem remains

Was this ever sorted out? I have exactly the same issue?

I Have narrowed this down to Nanite Displacement, because it goes away as soon as i disable nanite displacement in the Landscape Details Panel. Nothing i changed within all the Material Settings made any difference whatsoever
