Artifact stuck in Draft Mode

Hello there, folks!
I’m busy prepping our first submission to the store and for some reason I can’t seem to get our Artifact to appear as Ready for Stage. It’s stuck in Draft mode and I’m not sure what the issue is. Binaries are uploaded, labeled, and linked as far as I can tell. Any suggestions would be terrific. Many thanks!

We are aware of an issue where artifacts may not be reflecting the correct status, and as a result, those artifacts are blocked from progressing through the publishing process.

Hi there, update for you!
We’ve fixed the issue so that no new artifacts get into this state, and we are working on an automated fix to correct your artifacts with no action needed from you. In the meantime, we want to provide you with a set of manual steps for unblocking you from being able to push between sandboxes.

You can take the following steps to correct your artifact:

  1. Log into Dev Portal and access the Epic Games Store section of your product(s).

  2. Navigate to Artifacts & Binaries section

  3. Select an Artifact that was modified during the error window.

  4. Remove all Platforms and click ‘Save’.

  5. Re-add all expected Platforms and click ‘Save’. This should transition the Artifact into the Ready for Stage state.

  6. Repeat for all suspected Artifacts.

The work-around seems to have done the trick. It’s reading as “Ready” and I’m pushing now. :+1:

Unrelated, but are you seeing any issues involving keys? I’m trying to redeem keys for testing, and they say that the product has been redeemed. But it never shows up in my library.
