Hi, my friend and I have been trying to make an armor for our game but we have come across problems, and we haven’t been able to find a solution yet. I made an FBX file with our character and skeleton, I sent it to my friend who uses blender, he added some armor pieces around the character’s body, then exports the FBX, the character and skeleton are in the wrong position! Even in 3ds max the body is not in the same position as the skeleton. We tried some other things like sending the mesh without the skeleton but it keeps going to wrong position or it has scaling issues. Is there any other way of making clothes/armors for players without having such problems?
Bumping this, still need some help/ideas.
