Ark DevKit Hanging (30+ minutes) between actions

The devkit is hanging horribly. If anyone has any ideas on how to make to run faster let me know. I have set affinity to real-time and recently built a new system with hopes of it working correctly as my old system was nearly 6 years old.

Same Issue here… at this stage its completly unusable, not crashing just hangs for at least 30 mins each time trying to open any blueprint or even right click on any asset in the browser…
Devkit reinstalled from scratch, 60k shaders compiled…

16 gb ram
2x gtx 970

Found that 16+ instances of “Shader compiler” run simultaneously when trying to do this, maxing out the CPU almost instantly. RAM usage on the Unreal Engine slowly rises during this process but the Editor still hangs forever. Any further help, ideas, or support would be awesome.
