Ark Dev kit lags. Is it my PC?

I dont know lot about computers but i feel i have a high preformace desktop. I installed the Ark Dev kit and it just lags and doesnt respond, making me force close it using task manager. I have a AMD A4 6300 CPU, and a AMD Radeon HD 8370D GPU.
8GB ram also.

The reason im posting this is because i used Unreal Engine and messed around on that easily with no stutters or lag. BUt on the Ark Dev kit, i cant rarly do anything or load anything. Im just wondering if its my desktop, or just too much data on the kit to make it lag?

DDR4 1937 MhZ RAM
Intel 4.2GhZ CPU
Running ADK on an SSD… yep… laggy, but it has to load an entire library of an entire game and give you access to it all while being able to edit move manipulate and simulate the game all at once…

I would say you need more than 8gb ram, I started working with 16gb, but it got more and more laggy, how longer I was in the Devkit…

I bought a half year ago a new computer, but before I have asked the UE4 Devs what Specs are needed, here´s the Thread:
