Are UE4 Example game projects editable/deconstructable?

This is my first post in community so I want to say hello to all.

I am new to UE4 and need help of you guys… I had find Example Game projects in UE4 documentation they looks pretty cool Example Game Projects | Unreal Engine Documentation
I have searched all over internet about how to edit/deconstruct them but unfortunately couldn’t find any tutorial. I want to know if I can edit them and if yes then how is there any tutorial.

I am a newbie here so try to not give any hateful reply.

yes you can edit them, once you have downloaded them from the launcher you just open them in UE4 and change whatever you want, there are no specific tutorials on how to deconstruct them as they are already in an editable state.
