Are these pc specs OC Compatible?

Want to invest on a PC, any advice on AMD Ryzen 9 5900X - 12-Core 3.70GHz, 4.8GHz Turbo - 64MB L3 Cache Processor, Pro OC Compatible (No On-board Graphics) Vs CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-11900K - 8-Core 3.50GHz, 5.10GHz Turbo - 16MB Cache + UHD Graphics, Ultimate OC Compatible?

You can check this benchmark website specific to ue4 usage:

note that not everything in ue4 require all cores, that is: some tasks are single threaded.
Not sure which gpu u going for but you gotta need a discrete gpu too.

I recently did a build with an AMD Ryzen 9 5950x. I’m doing programming and occasionally building UE from source code. With my older machine build times were really long (a couple hours) with my new machine I dropped to 40 minutes. When I check my task manager I found that I was maxing out my memory and my hard drive read/writes were really high. (I had only 16 gigs) After installing another 16gigs of memory, my build times dropped to 20 minutes! (No longer maxing memory but CPU is maxed now.) So, while I can’t give you much advice about AMD vs Intel, if you are doing a lot of compiling I would recommend 32 gigs memory.
