Are there special requirements that are needed to import meshes? Static, skeletal, and others. I always get errors when importing a cube into UE4 from 3ds Max 2015.
The engine currently supports FBX 2014 version. Using any other version will cause an error to pop up. There may be features that are no longer supported for older version or that have not been implemented yet with newer versions of the FBX 2015 exporter.
Make sure when you export that you select the 2014 version.
