Someone on my team mentioned that they thought there were blackout dates for publishing updates / new binaries, particularly during the holiday window between Christmas and the New Year, but potentially at other times.
Particularly this seems like it would be impactful to anything that involves a review. I searched through the forums and documentation and didn’t see anything about this, but need to double check!
