Are there any 2D tutorials for UE4?

Hi :slight_smile:

I am looking for a UE4 2D Tutorial. I just found Tutorials for 3D, modelling landscapes and such stuff. I do not need that right now. I am just searching for a Tutorial which could help creating simple 2D games like mario or tetris-clones. Would be perfect if that Tutorial could also show the deploy to android or/and ios-devices.

Have you tried creating a new project based on the Blueprint Side Scroller template? That should get you started for what you are looking for. :slight_smile:

No i didn’t. Right now I am trying to get as much information as possible to be able to choose an Engine which I want to use. Right now I don’t possess UE4, just wanted to get the feeling to work with it via tutorial/videos/whatever. Does the template contains a simple game?
