Hi! My question is in the topic. I just fixed a very annoying bug on the installation error and thought to share my solution there (spend my entire day for the bug fixing), but upon the logon attempt i’m getting the: “You are not authorised to access this portal.” (ban is not expected by any mean, in case you was wondering).

Aye! They look either empty, or i’m getting an error upon the login attempt.

Sorry for bumping up the topic, but it turns to be rather important for me to know if the Simplygon Freshdesk forums are accessible to anyone at all. Please, let me know of your results.
