I was wondering if it’s possible for a server and a client to exist in two different levels, but in the same session?
Like in WoW where a party gets shipped off to another instance, and thus leaving the main world.
If i play as the server and another one joins my game, i would as the server keep the data about the character and so on, and thus he would need to be in contact with me all the time.
Is there a way where he, or several others can roam about, and still be in contact with me, playing in another place, or is that what dedicated servers are for, or is that not possible at all with UE4?
If it’s doable, how would i go on about that?
