Are HTML5 packages playable in Kongregate, Newgrounds, itch.io, etc.?

Hi,

I want to know if after exporting a game to HTML5, and uploading it to any of these sites, people can play.

I have accounts ready and I’ll make my own tests when Mozilla releases the official 64 bit version of Firefox in a couple of weeks, but I’d like to know this in advance.
