Are Festival Jam Stage features currently available / possible to recreate?

Hi all. I am in the process of making a Festival Jam Stage map. In doing so, I would like to include functionalities from the official Fortnite Festival Jam Stage:

1. Certain areas block the ability to start a jam unless a player is within the region (e.g. on a stage):
   

   

2. Stage areas extend the audibility region of a jam
   

   

3. Unoccupied stages possess the “Jam Together” bubbles:
   

   

As far as I can tell, this is custom logic not exposed as a device or prefab at this time. Does anyone know if this is indeed true, and if so, if any of these features can be recreated? Thanks.

As far as I can tell, the devices themselves do not exist. I have made a feature request here:

Would love to see Jam Stage devices added in order to facilitate community-made jam stage maps + specialized jam areas within social/party maps. As far as I understand, there are three key pieces to defining a stage. I will continue to delve into Verse to see if this is possible at the current juncture and update the thread. From what I can tell, likely not.
