Are Epic prohibited from using the Valve provided Vive controller models?

I’m just curious, because they are located in the Steam folders, and SteamVR for Unity directly reference them, but the Engine content from Epic contains a pair of frankly quite garish looking models with weird blue highlights on them that’s not accurate to the real thing…

(I’ve already imported the original models into my own Unreal project, and made ao textures as well from the Photoshop file that Valve provided.)

I don’t believe so, I think the model in the current Engine content are the old model and noone has bothered to reimport them.
