ARCore Plugin Casing Errors on Package 5.2 and 5.3

Having a massive issue where if I am packaging a project to Android and I use ARcore or any augmented reality plugin I get a straight error when packaging. I have followed all the instructions I can online and the project does package to an APK when plugins are disabled but as soon as I turn them on and package it fails.
