ArchViz CollabViewer Template -- using blueprint components outside the template

Hello, we create ArchViz scenes for clients and would like to use some of the functions in the ArchViz CollabViewer template but not all of them. Changing UI and functionality within the template can get complicated and the main features we need to use are the measuring and annotation tool. What is the cleanest way to migrate these actor components to a clean project and setup using our own character pawn?
