Where do you people come from? Every Architectural visualization I see is absolutely amazing. I love the design of the lamp and the lighting is pretty much perfect. Seriously, Great job.
This project is indeed a max/vray one at first then I converted it into Unreal Engine based. I am amazed how close the end result is.

Sorry but I have never seen errors like that before. Perhaps lightmap issue?
