I am looking for one individual or a small team with experience in architectural visualisation (primarily cinematic) to partner with me initially on few projects with the view of establishing a commercial relationship.
I am an architect (London based), I am looking for a partner to help prepare marketing quality visualisations, primarily in the forms of short videos.
Projects includes:
- Houses and residential interiors
- commercial interiors
- resorts/hotels
Initially, I am proposing a revenue share/commission for upcoming projects (at successful close) plus a small contribution for expenses for travel to London if required or other reasonable expenses. Detailed conversation about contract and revenue share will be done in private.
I will prepare the architectural 3D models in Revit, sketchup and 3DS studio, I need your help in doing the rest in Unreal, including environment, vfx, sfx, lights, people. I will then do the video editing and stills post production etc.
This requires almost immediate start, but open to discuss if you’ve some capabilities and looking to grow to a commercial grade quality very quickly. I am happy to share and guide you as much as I can about delivering exceptional images and videos for architectural visualisation.
