From Archicad the Direct link doesn’t work and it doesn’t export Datasmith files. Twinmotion doesn’t import any geometry files and I’m having problems with the Quixel libraries. Can someone help me?

Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to hear about the issues you are facing. At this time we do not support Ventura and it could be the source of the issues. What are the issues you are having with the Quixel libraries?

Could you confirm what version of the Datasmith plugin you are using by following this link:

thank you for your kind reply.

Quixel library has now started working. The problems I've encountered are with creating the object and with creating the variations of the 3D objects.

From archicad, in addition to the direct link not working, I can't save the file in datasmith format and when I try to do the software crashes. So I can't follow the procedure you indicated, and I can only tell you which plugin version is installed. I recently downloaded it and it is the "DatasmithARCHICAD26Exporter.bundle" dated October 21, 2022.

At the moment I work by exporting .skp files, but sometimes twinmotion doesn't load any extensions.

Thank you for the follow-up and details with the issue you were having with Archicad and the plugin. At this time the plugin and Twinmotion are not fully compatible with Ventura but are we are working on supporting those configurations.
