Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to see this problem. It seems you might be using Monterey OS and the plugin is not yet compatible for this operating system but we are working on it. As a workaround to get your projects into Twinmotion you can do a save as SketchUp or C4D and import it into Twinmotion.
