Hi, I have downloaded the AC29 datasmith exporter. When I try to load through the Add-on manager I get a warning that says ‘your Archicad is not compatible with this Add-On. Try updating your Archicad, or use a different version of Archicad’.
I have the latest version of AC29, including the latest hot fix. I’m on a MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.7.8. I’ve completely uninstalled and reinstalled AC29. I’ve tried the same process in AC28 and AC27 with the relevant plugins with the same result. Additionally, if I try to remove the plugin it just pops back up with an error the next time I open the Add-on manager. Please help!
Hi! I’m also having trouble installing the plugin. I’ve already tried contacting several support teams, but none of them wanted to take responsibility. I hope there will be an update for the plugin soon.
Is there any update on this issue? I´m running MacBook Pro with macOs Tahoe 26.2. I have Archicad 29 with the latest hotfix, and the latest twinmotion. Please help!
The Datasmith plugin is installed in the wrong place… a directory called rollbackBackupDirectory is created, and that’s where DatasmithARCHICAD29Exporter is located… You can set the path to the Datasmith extension through ArchiCAD itself.
