I've just installed Datasmith Direct Link to connect files from Archicad 26 with Twinmotion 2023.1.1, but when I open pallettes in Archicad, the Datasmith is not there. I've already tried both installing it once again and restarting the system, but it's still not visible.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, one thing to check that may help with this is to make sure that Datasmith is enabled in the Add-On Manager in Archicad.
If that doesn't help, please submit a bug report here and our support team can investigate this further.
