I have a model that a couple of months ago was working fine. I have since reopened the Twinmotion file and re-synced the file via ArchiCAD direct link. however, when I do this the whole model disappears from the file. All the layers and hierarchy are coming through but the model does not display.
Has anyone had this issue before and know a fix for it?
This will be a huge issue and effect our confidence using the software in future if days worth of work has gone down the drain.
We have not updated our version of ArchiCAD or Twinmotion so we can't understand why the link has suddenly failed.
