I got my account suspended for 30 days due to the insane amount of automated sanctions that were already solved but never removed from my account history…, All of my models were reviewed several times by your upload checking system several times in order to be listed in the store, now i still receive random sanctions from time to time despite the fact each model where supposedly already checked but the fault is supposed to be mine?.. The worse is I got severely sanctioned with my seller account being revoked because of your own mistakes and system deficiencies. You need to do a serious self-criticism exercise and introspection about your hight levels of automatizacion and lack of human attention by delegating such an important tasks and decisions to machines

Yes, the issue is still ongoing. Support replied and explained that they don’t have access to the full details of automated sanctions. Based on a manual review, they suspect the issue is the product name (“Stylized Tommy Gun”), as it is a registered trademark, but they were not able to confirm this with certainty.
Unfortunately, because each sanction also comes with a 30-day account restriction, I won’t be able to resubmit or properly test fixes for the model anytime soon. Every attempt to correct things costs an entire month, which makes resolving the issue very slow and risky.
