Get a ChromeCast to a Google TV device that is plugged into a computer with an HDMI capture card/box and then record in OBS or anything you like…
There might be some software out there that allows you to receive the ChromeCast directly on a PC… IDK so you’ll have to look around…but it would save a few steps
