Hi i’m working with Unreal Engine 4.24 to build ar app for Android and I get stuck with the version I should use to export the project … Which Sdk,Ndk,Jdk works with 4.24??

At the bottom of this doc there is an "Android SDK and NDK Compatibility’ chart.
So for 4.24 you’d want to use NDK r14b.
I don’t have 4.24 installed to check, but I remember something for this included with the engine at yourengineinstallpath\Engine\Extras\Android
