After submitting product I got he “approved for publishing” confirmation, but the listing status is still “Pending approval”. I contacted Fab suport and got “We have escalated your support case”. It has been a week now and I’m wondering if the ticket has been lost in void.
Exact same problem here. I’ve been waiting 17 days for a response to my ticket since it was escalated, but nothing—not even an acknowledgment of the situation. I can’t do anything to my listing while it’s like this. To be fair, this has only happened once since Fab began, but it’s still a significant issue when it does. Also, to clarify, mine occurred to an update that I made to the listing, the product is live, but the changes I made in the update aren’t reflected.
@DaveBerg@Wrotzal Both of your issues were escalated to the developers when you contacted us, and we will respond with an update as soon as we have more information.
