Appodeal iOS Plugin

Hi, I was trying to work with Appodeal, one of the biggest ad mediation network, but they drop their support for their iOS plugin on 4.22 because of this:

Unfortunately, we can’t update our plugin for Unreal, due to iOS libraries being written on Swift, and UE4 doesn’t support Swift. So using outdated UE4 plugin may cause some issues with uploading apps to the store due to adapters incompatibility.

I would like to know it this is going to be a recurrent problem with all other plugins and networks or if I can suggest them a solution or alternative approach.
