Applying cloth data to section, breaks mesh normals. (Works fine in another project.)

Hello, I have been working cloth simulations for the past week. It was all going fine, until I removed the parts in the mesh which were hidden by the cloth. After that no matter what I do normals were always broken. And the same character mesh works perfectly fine in another brand new project. I tried to migrate it from new project to existing one, again it looks broken on the existing project.

Edit: And clothing simulation normals appeared inwards in existing project, outwards in new project. When migrated, simulation normals were still outwards but mesh still looked broken. And I fixed UV seams after deleting inner parts of the mesh.
