Apply skeleton transforms to animation

So there’s the 4 components:

Skeleton editor

Mesh editor

Animation preview

Animation blueprint editor

I retargeted animations to another model and I’d like to be able to transform the bones without having to do it in the blueprint editor. Is there a way to apply transforms to the bones from the scene preview editor? The reference location is greyed out and if I could permanently change the bones in any point that would save a lot of time.
