Apply a light to a Color Correction Region?

Is there a way to apply a light to a Color Correction Region?

I know I can apply a regular actor with a mesh to a Color Correction Region, but if I try an actor like a light, it doesn’t seem to do anything. If I manually set a Color Correction Region as a shape, it still will not impact the light.

Would love to have a black and white scene where the lighting and one static mesh actor are red, for example.
