Apple rejected app because of IAP error

Hi!

Our app got rejected during review by Apple because of an issue with in-app purchases:

First review comment:
Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness
We found that your in-app purchase products exhibited one or more bugs when reviewed on iPad running iOS 13.7 on Wi-Fi.

  • We keep receiving an error for the in app purchase. Screenshot provided.

Second review comment:
Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness
We found that your in-app purchase products exhibited one or more bugs when reviewed on iPad running iOS 14.0 on Wi-Fi.

  • In app purchase still not working, we successfully entered the in app purchase password and clicked on done. But as soonest we do so we have to re enter the information again. This is none stop. No errors messages are showing to provide.

The thing is that we can’t reproduce this issue. For us, everything is working fine in the app from the TestFlight or in the app launched on a device.

Any ideas why this is happening and what to do?
