I was given the most harshest ban from the island creator program for maps that have literally passed content review. I had asked Epic to investigate a couple of my maps to see if the AI was messing it up like 3 weeks ago and whatever they say they will investigate it. In the mean time, I have literally updated my maps such as for example to not say 0 delay anymore, and I did that exactly the moment it told me not to put it and updated my maps and they eventually passed content review. And now yesterday, they told they have banned me from creating maps for the MAPS that I already updated and FIXED? Is there anything I can do? Epic is not responding to my emails and they have literally lied and given me a separate reason for the map being banned, even though in the Creator Portal it says a different reason for the ban. Please help, anyone from Epic.
