app will not show in fullscreen / samsung s10 / android 9 / 4.21

hi i am a newbie to android development for ue4, when i launch for my samsung s10 android 9, i cannot get fullscreen when running my app, i have in display settings on phone enabled fullscreen, and have unchecked always show touch interface, have also ticked fullscreen in kitkat and above button. On a huawei p20 on android 8 it runs full screen, im losing hours on this, anyone any ideas? i am using 4.21

just tried this on an s8 works fine full screen… Have tried adding to game launcher, updating game launcher, allowing full screen in display settings, still no full screen :frowning:
