Hi Unreal developers, I have a request and suggestion. A lot of us are not coders but have good app ideas and a clear vision of apps that we would like to build. All the app-building platforms are giving people a raw deal. Buying credits and then ending up using them all on looping and recurring issues, then realizing how expensive it is. Now I’m all for making money, but ripping people off like that isn’t right. In my opinion, they are feeding off people’s lack of coding understanding to make money. It would be fantastic if you guys could take the same approach as Unreal and create the same principle app developer with a free version and royalty structure when the app starts generating revenue. It will definitely throw you in a leader position and maybe get these greedy okes to rethink their approach on their platforms. I hope you consider it, as this could be another investment move.

Unreal already supports no code development through Blueprints and visual scripting.
Building a full no code app platform with revenue share sounds good, but app stores, payments, hosting, and third party services still create costs that cannot be avoided.
The challenge is not just UI building. It is infrastructure, support, and compliance.
If you want Unreal to move in that direction, focus on proposing a specific niche or feature gap rather than a general cheaper alternative idea.
