I am trying to use integrated ad support (UE 5.4), but I found this problem: the interstitial ad freezes the app when closed, or crashes it. There are a few references to it when I google, but cant find any solution (other than finding a plugin, and already tried 2 different ones with their own problems). I have tried even creating an empty widget on top just for the ad, it doesnt helps. Banner ads works fine, but my boss says interstitial pays more and I have to use it. Any idea about how to solve this?
