App Bundle Android


I am trying to package my game as bundle for google play ( I have successfully Packaged my game without app bundle)
I am getting an error that I cannot find anywhere on internet to solve this issue.
Here it is:

So as said above, my game packages and signs fine when I package WITHOUT app bundle, but when app bundle is selected it seems to fail when signing it.

I have fixed this issue.


Android studio, change gradle version to latest, update android studio to latest also.

Generate new signing key 2048 lengh, i had to contact support google play for them to change my app signing key also.

Hello man
If u package find before that and thing change when you change some thing, u may can try re-pack by,delete:
Binary/ Android
Intermediate/ Android

THen re-pack again, it will work :3

I made it work by using GOOGLE PAD PLUGIN, simply adding data assets in each folder, activating plugin, selecting all options in android app bundle and it works great now! I can upload my AAB which is 300MB.

Hi. What information did you changed inside Data Asset? I’m having problem with “Failed to open descriptor file …uproject”. Can you share screenshots?

I´m also struggling with that. Did you find any clue how to fix it?
There is no problem when Generate Bundle (AAB) is deselected and pure .apk + .obb are used instead.

Didn’t opened Editor for a month. I’ll let you know if find solution.
