Anyone know how to get rid of these 2 Warnings, ever since I updated VS it has gotten really slow and shows these warnings.

Ive tried installing everything related to v143 and it didnt help, making a new blank project also doesnt help. If I run VS by itself and run a non UE program it works just fine but in UE it slows down to unbearable speeds. Any help is appreciated
